The Little Roadster

At The Little Roadster, we want every little driver to love their ride. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all parts, accessories, and manuals

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because many of our ride-on vehicles are large items, return shipping costs may be significant. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement part

  • A replacement product

  • A full or partial refund

Partial Refunds

For certain large items, returning the product may not be practical due to shipping costs. In these cases, we may offer a partial refund while allowing you to keep the product.

These cases are evaluated individually.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Items returned without authorization
